Originally from Qingdao, China, Darren is an international student at UC Berkeley with a diverse background spanning technology, creative media, and social advocacy.
As the Co-Founder of Lifewith# Studio, Darren built a multimedia workshop with fellow high schoolers to amplify minority voices and champion diversity. He directed "To Be A Good Kid," a microfilm exploring the challenges Chinese students face when studying abroad, showcasing his commitment to storytelling that matters.
